did you patch the game? Did you install the mod to the "mods" folder?
never mind, I did some hunting and found it in the Luke Skywalker xml file... strange organization
the mod was practically released about 4 months ago, that's alive. They gave us a good mod, and I'm sure they'll give us an even better xen
speak for yourself, you're basically asking for people to be an ******* to you... so much for common sense. I recommend you go back and play Call of Duty like every other kid like you. Shallow games like that seem to suit your kind
Totally cant be cause of all the people commenting on it... Go check the torrent and download it there
I just wanted to say that this is a pretty good mod, however I have a question..
I was looking through the coding in the mod, and I couldn't find Revan's XML code... Is it hidden somewhere?
Oh really? Tell me, how long would it take you to do a mod of this scope, this isn't some simple project. Yeah, it took 8 years but remember these guys do this on their free time. Also, would you prefer a finished product much later or part of an awesome mod now that's pretty darn good. I'd say they'd do a better job. Go hate somewhere else ******, just because you're mad about it being released so late doesn't mean we have to listen to your ****
Maybe the BMS Devs should do Half Life 3, Gabe Newell apparently lets it slip his mind too often
I've had this issue as well and I'm waiting for an answer, one of the reasons I un-installed M4-78
The droid twitching, the massive compatibility issues with turning modded characters or characters wearing modded items into droids... I also crashed few times in the environment zone. It isn't an issue with my computer as I made sure that my TSL setup was as compatible as possible for this mod.
The protocol droid twitching irritated me the most, as I said I'll wait until some patches are released.
Yeah CoF was good, but not as good as BM. DayZ was overrated, it had its share of issues that just irritated the hell out of me
it's not a bug, it takes timing and skill to get through it. While it is unbelievably quick to kill you, all you need to do is simply line yourself up and time it every time. It may take a few times, but once its clear just sprint and crouch the whole way through.
After playing through M4-78, it looks great but the constant bugs and crashes are just too much to overcome. I made sure there were no conflicts at all, and I still had a lot of trouble. Great mod, but I think I'll wait until a few patches come out before I install it again
it doesn't matter either way. People out there say that this didn't deserve it because it's a remake. **** them, we atleast know it's a damn good mod
Have you guys noticed how every time you talk to a protocol droid, they twitch and tweak out like crazy? It's kind of funny, it reminds me of south park... but its still a bug :V
Alright, something is definitely wrong here. I loaded a save from Onderon, and instead of my Jedi Jesus look, I get turned into a massive droid.
Got any suggestions? Also, hopefully this can be solved easily. I decided to re-install Kotor II just in case
sorry to be a bother but the download is incredibly slow. I'm getting 10 kilo/s. Usually my internet speed is much faster, and I lag and deadly stream more than anywhere else. Is it because of people overloading the download or is it a site issue?
Ok, will there be a patcher of TSLRCM 1.8.2 that updates our copy of TSL if we already have TSL 1.8.1?
This requires SDK base 2007, that is it. It is free off steam. Next time, spare us commenters of having to solve your problem of not reading the comments or the mod itself. It gets repetitive when the same question is asked over and over
This definitely is one of the best mods I have seen, kudos to you guys for all of the effort you put into this. It made Kotor II have a permanent slot on my hard-drive.
Quick Question - Are you planning on working with game balancing and difficulty settings? As pretty much everyone knows, the game is quite easy even on difficult.
I think the action was good, but the amount of NPCs added significant lag. I run a high-end system and I had trouble in the boiler room with lag, along with the m1 abrams coming around the corner area. If those performance issues are fixed, then this will be even better
After playing this mappack, I definitely think this was well done. However, you may want to separate your enemies into waves. Having them crash you all at once as you take mantle of that cannon is a bit overwhelming, and I found it difficult even on easy to hold my ground. Also, the pipe where you get the grenade in is difficult to get into, so maybe easier access is necessary.
Overall though, I like the addition. Definitely a keeper. Hopefully you read this and add this in
for good reasons. On a rail dragged on so much that it became tedious. It really was one of the more forgettable levels in the game. BM made it more interesting with less stops, and better layout. I resented having to go back and forth, dodging ****.
riiight, even though people are testing it?
I don't agree it was rushed, but I didn't like how part of it was cut out. Surface tension was one of the best levels in a game even without the cut levels, that goes to show how well done Black Mesa is.
you're only 3 months late
And it really takes that much more effort to press an extra key, I have done this plenty of times and rarely do I get killed. Problem is, people expect simple run-throughs like CoD. this is different.
You're complaining about using an extra key in combination, that's more of an effort issue than an actual bug.
lolwut? You must have played a different game. Half Life heavily used the concept of platforming, it was part of the older generation of games. People have problems with it nowadays because they grew up with games that are straight-forward kill-em-all rambo call of Duty genre. Half Life is different, and Black Mesa has the same amount of platforming as Half Life 2 did, just look at sandtraps. Half life is different, it involves using the brain to figure things out instead of having your actions dictated to you.
