This is a screen shot of the results of running the Sound Scripter utility that was introduced in ModMaker V.1.3. It looks through all the sounds scripts in your game_sounds_manifest and the loose sounds in your Install/Sound folder and create script entries for each loose sound that is not already scripted.
Basically you can get a bulk load of raw WAVs or MP3s from your musicians/foley/sfx artists bung them in the sounds folder hit this little beauty and it will make them all available as sound scripts in your mod.
It actually makes a separate script for each sound sub-folder to make it more manageable if you have lots of sounds.
