cara, tem o FinalBig para abrir os arquivos .big?
os arquivos do game estao la, dai voce tem que identificar o que voce quer editar(veiculo, estrutura...) e encontra a linha "model = Nome-do-modelo-sendo-usado" e dai substitui pelo nome do modelo que voce quer usar.
E coloque o modelo no local adequado que seria "(...)\Command and conquer zero hour\Art\W3D\"
vai ter que criar a pasta Art e W3D dentro da pasta do game dai, se tiver texturas:
\Art\W3D <- modelo aqui
\Art\Textures <- texturas aqui
