How do you get that skinning animation?

The mod install is just not working. I have applied 2.02 v8.01 and the installer is just not recognizing it. Is there a way to manually install it? The 2.01 game launches fine. Did I miss something obvious? Can somebody please help me?

i have a Xbox controller, and i am confused.this is what i am doing. i type in the local host thing .i type in consle the map, and it loads. i unplug the contoller and plug back in while its loading. when the you get to the first person view i type in +jlook then exec Two_Players. the it says cant execute Two_Players. btw it stays in one peron view
