Reading subtitles while playing a fps is seriously problematic. Thankfully I picked up the odd word of german and pieced the gist together.
I'm really sorry to say it, but for me the ending totally ruined this quite frankly amazing mod. It feels in some ways better than the base game, and honestly that just makes the poor end even more of a disappointment. Since when is "You die, credits roll." a good plot device for an ending, I mean really? A final fight would've been nice at least, like we actaully saved some lives with the sacrifice.
Thing is, Stalker has no noclip setting, and cheats are a good way to evade problems without noclip.
Dormin has basically stolen the idea from Lost Alpha and it's entirely possible.
Agreed, new maps are rare things in Stalker! Most are just re-hashes of multiplayer maps.
I've played Fallout loads and don't see it as a problem.

Things like that only serve to slow down the development of the mod. Sure the jump from 0.41 to 0.45 is a big one, but it's far too late to be posting ideas like this.

Hmm I'd be happy to do the modelling / texturing as these armours are possibly my favourite ever concept art. Unfortunately I have no idea how to access the original models or what format to save new ones. :P

- cut enemies restored
- many stashes in hidden places containing the new stuff
- hud and blood effects (optionally removable)

Something like that happens on vanilla Wild Territory, when suddenly a bajillion mutants sweep through the level.
It's implied that between SoC and CoP, the old routes to Pripyat get severed (likely by anomalies). I don't think two warring factions would survive long stuck in Pripyat unless they allied. Either that or they'd just end up drawn to the Monolith.
