its starwars plus i never said it had to be pirates it could have been the true sith empire after all darth vader and the emperor were not real sith the sith are beyond the out rim they are building a massive fleet and army to take over the republic but they sent sith in to try and weaken the it first like they did the old republic?

you do know the republic never defeated the mandalorians right it wa the jedi that beat them and there was 1000's of them when they attacked the mandalorians by the end there was maby 200 jedi left!!!
