why don't you ask one of the moderators to remove this mod?

It is easy to remove fast travel via the .ini, you just change one line. I think our plans are to remove fast travel and have NPCs offering travel service between cities.

No that's not really your fault. the Minas Tirith LOD is not well optimised so a lot of people experience lag.
