Hello, my name is Callum Sharp, I'm a professional writer from central London. I'm working for Maker's Lair at the moment as a director, writer, environment concept artist and lead sound effects designer. I have created an account here to mix with the other developers & public. Shoot me a message for my CV (Resume`) Due to Moddb errors, my E-mail is: mr.callum.sharp(at)theteamnos.comuf.com
Valve have done it again!
If you're getting this:
Don't worry! We're all pulling our hair out.
They recently updated the SDK for 2007 and 2009, along with relocating HL2.exe! Stay calm and hope to god they fix this soon.
It's funny, Wicked Evolving is having a media week and now the entire development kit network has deded!
Good luck, ~Callum.
...Oh good, they fixed it!
This may not be very professional, but I need some help with a few sound records. If you have a high-quality camera and would be okay in recording some small sounds for me, please shoot me a message on MODDB or Skype... or e-mail... or newgrounds, or any of the other 2, 000 websites I am apart of. Thanks very much, good-bye!
I hate PHP.
I'm working on the Maker's Lair website with another web-guy and we're having some trouble. - So, I said 'let's just take a break' - he agreed we should and off-he-went out to eat, and I stayed here, on the internet, to write this(!) -_-
The website currently looks like this:
But should look like this:
You see? I have no image because we haven't had the enthusiasm to finish it! It's getting annoying now. People know we're working on the site and keep DDOs-ing' us along with other people that keep spamming the huge contact system before we can put an anti-bot system in-place. Our hosts keep reprimanding us for the huge amount of dev-reloads (Dev-reloads are when you're working on a site, make a change and re-fresh to see it) - we've made about 5, 000 in the last 3 hours... each.
I guess I should get back to work. For the record; I'm working on the contact system, CMS & menu, the other guy is working on the CSS, Placement and organization of code.
