DX 10 has worse performance, fps are terrible sometimes when on the other hand DX 11 has better performance but those horrible graphic glitches are damn annoying...

Yeah but then whole game just looks like sh*t - don't be such desperate...
Sun rays OFF really helps when someone suffers when after some time in game fps are drops to ~30...
For the rest settings better to use presets (Medium, High, Maximum) and don't modify advanced settings manually except sun rays off and possibly v-sync on...

Go in advanced settings, do not touch sliders but turn off grass shadows and sunrays (OFF)...

If you have 60Hz monitor then turn it on...

i7-2600k, 16gb ram, gtx 970 and it runs like **** all the time...
Details are High and in Cordon when I go outside bunker I've got ~30fps...

Optimalization is a sick joke of a madman...
