I found out how to get rid of "
Haali Media Splitter Error: can't open file: Unspecified error"!
First go to where you have installed GTA san andreas, (ussually C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas) then go to the folder named Movies. dubble press one of them, if the message comes up then, your suposed to be glad. Then watch the other. If the error message comes up on both, delete both, if the error message comes up on one, delete it. Then a little while after the error message should come up, press enter. You'll see that it's a black screen. Then the whole game works fine. At least for me. You might find some "buggs" like that it's a military plan on CJ brothers house. And a little more.
