Woke up this morning and thought to myself: "I wonder if CoPC has been uploaded yet?"
I am most pleased; doesnt look like im doing any work this weekend.
I have no idea how much work this will take, but I hope it gets completed soon!
Would it be possible to make this mod so that it gives every army a suitable drum and fife instead of having to select just one?
Sorta kills the atmosphere a bit that the French Army marching to meet me is playing the exact same music as me.
Is that Vano?
Ignore my problem, the units only appear when DM campaigns are selected, not the regular camapigns
Are the extra units from 6.2 supposed to be missing?
For example, the Prussians had many named Line Infantry Regiments but these are missing, is this normal?
Found out why, the link on the TWCenter Forum post links to regular darthmod empire 6.9, not to the DMUC 6.2 to 6.9 hotfix, so you might want to fix that.
Why is this file 500mb when the one on strategyinformer is only ~100mb?
Name varies depending on localisation and actual game. Think it changes between SoC, CS and CoP
I swear to god the sniper is voiced by the same guy who voices Garrus from Mass Effect.
No wonder you say custom, its only vaguely remeniscient of a regular FAL :P
What are the third gun down and the and the fifth gun down, both on the right?
I agree 100%.
Out of curiousity, is your avatar a shot from Andrei Tarkosky's film Stalker?
When I saw the the picture alarm bells started ringing but after reading the description I think it would work very well as a mind trick. Make it so it does damage like the psy-dog's projections, otherwise players will learn that theyre harmless and ignore them (although either way theyll learn to prioritise the controller).
Ok, thought so considering the amount of new content this will add over 2.4.
Will 2.5 also be released in a patch form for people who already have 2.4 or will a new full download be needed?
Played LURK, didnt particularley enjoy it, found the difficulty jump a bit too much (im not exactly a pro like some people).
I guess I could give OL a try though, havent actually played that yet.
I know its only a few weeks at most, but I just finished my last playthroughs of SoC and CoP and I need new mods to play on them, and CoP Complete isnt out yet.
You probably get asked this a lot, and I CAN read the description, but whats your best guess for the release date of v2.5?
wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men!
Been waiting for an update for a while, good to see you guys have made good progress in that time =]
As someone else said, it was very well made and the level was beautiful, especially the custom made buildings.
But it was too easy, and kind of simple. There were no snipers despite there being many overlooks that could have had them, no hinds, no jeeps/tanks/apcs. Is swear the nanosuits at the end werent using any suit modes, a couple SCAR shots and they died without exception, apart from Kyong who died from about a clip of incendiary ammo.
I would definitely play it again though.
I notice that the features of this mod arent displayed on the page like they are for SC09.
I assume the features will be the same: texture improvements, more visual effects, more sounds, better localization, bugfixes and extra features such as a wish granter.
Is this correct?
Dont like cheats?
The solution is simple: dont use them.
This is the orignal Zaton map made by the developers.
Metallica acoustic guitar tracks = win
I dont like how the GP-25 is (sort of) "floating" and not really attached to the furniture. Of course, if thats how it'd be in real life, by all means, leave it like that if you want, but it might be better to go for the less realistic but more aesthetically pleasing option.
Free-aim is were the gun isnt always centred as you look around. So as you move the mouse, the gun (and reticule if there is one) will move and turn but the camera wont until you reach the edge of the screen.
Theres a video demonstrating it on this mod's video page.
I imagine this mod should make night a bit less scary thanks to moonlight reflecting off the snow. Greater visibility = higher chance of survival
