You need podcat's TFH exe. Try again and make sure everything is properly installed.

To answer your question about why I think the IC is low, its because compared to my IC theirs is lower.

For example France still has 4 ships in queue, three of which have no progress . Their IC is 0/85/99 and its late April 1937.

UK is 0/110/104 but their queue looks amazing. They are building a little bit of everything :)

SU is 4/93/106 and they're focusing on factories.

USA 0/263/170 but this info is coming from 7 agents, not 10. They're queue looks awesome just like the UK's.

Is this close to what the actual values are? What worries me is that the player will not be challenged because the superpowers are not building enough things to counter the human players tactics.

btw my IC is 204. I built 20 or so factories from the get go.

Whats your opinion?

Some feedback for mods.

Playing (3.2.8) as the Germans the only factions asking me to trade metal and rare metals are Netherlands and Lithuania. Which seems weird to me, because they keep asking and canceling agreements.

If I upgrade units they dissapear like they're supposed to, but if I delete the queue for their upgrade production, they stay hidden.

I've been looking at the IC production of some of the major powers (France, UK, SU, USA) and it seems quite low imo.

Major factions keep building ships in their queues and little land units. This makes sense for the UK and US but not for France.

I really appreciate all the work that has been done on this game. Thank you.

What's the recommended difficulty for this if you want a very intense and challenging game? Pretty much after you semi-master the game mechanics? -Thanks in advance

I got the same problem as you before. I forgot how I solved it, but keep trying

Try manually copy/pasting the files from the mod Download into the original folder of M&B, maybe the install didn't paste all the files correctly to begin with which could be the reason why you are looking at the strange letters.

Because the fellowship of the ring was not meant to be released in 3.0, it was a technical error that it even came up in the main menu. It should be released to play fully in the next patch.
