Blindside does that, yes. The other 209 character skills don't. But hey, god forbid there's a quirky skill in the game. This particular skill requires tactics on the part of the player, so of course it is rubbish because you lack tactics. Epic.

I've no idea why Arcane Fury would ever have been a 'normal skill'. Ennead Challenge skills aren't normal skills. It has been moved up to the Black Road Challenge reward slot because you don't really need maxed FCR in Hatred difficulty, but you do need an instant heal.
Uh, what? Time Field was implemented HALF A YEAR BEFORE Diablo III. Disintegrate merely happens to share a name (it's an instakill nova on a timer) and it has been removed in 1.A9.
I took exactly 1 skill from Diablo III, and that's Disintegrate - which appears on the /amazon/ as Death Ray in the bloodwitch tree.
1.28 GB? Lol. How the hell do you come up with 1.28 GB? The mod is 112 MB.
You need LoD 1.10, 1.11 or 1.12.
It can spawn as +skill on gloves.
I'm afraid it's not the *skills* that are useless. Many people diss the crossbow skills but it turns out they didn't actually invest into strength because 'the necro isn't supposed to have strength' and they didn't get Howling Totem, Death's Fury Totem NOR Famine and are surprised that their damage is low.
Nightmare was removed because it was useless, by the way. Why bother slowing enemies when you didn't have a ranged attack because... Buckshot and Widowmaker didn't exist yet.
Btw, if you want to slow enemies, there's Talon's Hold for that now, which you can easily apply to the whole screen with ...Widowmaker.

You obviously didn't read the docs because A. you didn't install any LoD patch, so you don't have patch_d2.mpq, and B. this did not deter you from replacing an unrelated .mpq file.
Congratulations, you're the 1000th who doesn't manage to follow the 'replace a file' instructions.
Also, the characters from my old D1 mod don't work! Fix that Laz! All of the characters from all of the mods you make for all games you mod should be compatible!
Apparently you didn't realise that (duh) the skills are different because Median XL is NOT Median 2008, so I'd like to hear how you propose to convert characters with different skills. (Not to mention items)

Well, when you installed 1.12, it overwrote the mod. The mod comes as a file named PATCH_D2.mpq for a reason...
I can't help you because you didn't tell me when you crash and how you installed the mod.

Since you didn't tell what your problem is, I can't help you.

On /players 1 (you read the gem in your inventory, did you?), doing a low amount of damage quickly is all you need. On higher /players settings and harder difficulties, these automatic damage spells will help, but it will take too long for them to kill monsters on their own.

The infamous judgedin? They usually don't get much farther than Terror if they ONLY rely on VoJ. Paladins aren't supposed to fight IN MELEE, by the way - if so then why even have ranged skills?
So YES, you are trying to cheat. Why would I cater to cheaters?
It is interesting that you consider 'challenge' and 'fun' mutually exclusive, though. Where is the fun in hacking a mod to beat everything without any effort?
I'm not targetting home hackers, by the way. I'm trying to protect my work from people who would hack it, then distribute the hacked version under my name and tarnish my brand equity.
