This 2.0 full installer doesn't include a map required to play. After installing this, download the 1.13-2.0 patch and copy the map dw_ep1_03a.bsp to your maps folder.

You just need to copy the missing map dw_ep1_03a.bsp from the 1.13to2.0 update to your maps folder. It's a big bug, the 2.0 full installer has this map missing.
