We have been very busy with some other projects within the company, we have decided that the project is of such size we cannot deliver it at a high enough standard that we hope for.
At this moment we are trying to create revenue from smaller games and once we become slightly known will attempt a crowd funding campaign to help progress further and complete The Contract.
This project is not dead and we hope to start work again in 2015.
Not dead, possibly changing engines due to the upcoming stuff with Source. Paused for research, as Greenlight is also working on other projects.

This is a question that has been asked again and again, so it's something we have taken on board and would love to add.
At the moment, we are looking at the possibility of creating a DLC/Addon package that will include a Co-Op story.
Alternatively, we might adapt the single player story to allow a CO-OP function.
Again a bit of both, the first few missions will have team mates to assist you. Until you are good enough to go it alone!

Hi there GamerDude27. The hud gives you 3 important pieces of information. Your health, your map and your Ammo.
At a realism stance, we are trying to avoid helping the player too much. We don't believe a HUD is realistic, not until the Google Glass is released anyway! Google.com
Your health will not be displayed, we won't have health packs. If you are injured seriously you will die. Smaller injuries will deter you, move your screen and even throw you to the floor. Bullet wounds will also make you bleed, leaving a trail and eventually kill you if not treated. This game will have a lot of save points, trust us.
Your map will be found by using a navigational device such as a Smartphone or Tablet. Also, your handler Specter will guide you through levels via an earpiece.
Lastly, to check your Ammo you will hold Reload. This will remove the magazine, so you can count the remaining bullets. Like so:

You have to allow the game through your Firewalls and setup Port Forwarding. It might be easier to use a program such as Logmein Hamachi which makes a virtual private network. If you and your friends use it, your game should appear under the LAN tab in server browser.
Yes, of course with the Source engine we won't be running alongside FarCry, BF3/4 or COD. But we are looking at high quality graphics so will be using high quality textures in the future.
Being an Indie Team, we will do the best we can without compromising other aspects of the game.

The textures are very old, 2006 I think from the original Half Life 2. We will be replacing all the textures with our own ones eventually.

I've got to clean up the descriptions, we was looking at the CryEngine and UDK but decided on the Source engine as I have experience modding and leveling.

You will have the ability to attach and detach your suppressor in-game from the beginning.
You will also have the ability to purchase and equip the Halo sight and Laser sight.
The Laser sight can also switched on/off in-game.
Its semi, fires like a normal pistol but ***** back from the rear.
