My concept of what those things looked like was almost the exact same way with how the rods are formed. Exactly the same- but off by a few slenderness inches for me lol I drew one of how it must've looked like, so that's why I'm posting this now.
That's funny. I got the concept for this of the interweb.
I read the description from the book while drawing it, that's why I said so. But either way, it's the exact same design.
