I would suggest making the different resources icons (on the top) have a little more contrast against each other since some of those shades look similar from zoomed out.
I like the new size of the radar, and I get the whole GPS hud thing, but the size of the GPS' border is large enough it is kind of distracting.
The more space it takes up the less a player can see in their peripheral (sides). It would be nice to make the zoomed version have the GPS boarder, but the mini map to have as little as possible. That's just my opinion.
That version looks kind of boxxy. Textures are fine. I think there are some nice ones from CSS that if you ask the authors for a good to port I'll port them for you.
I don't know why this game is on mod DB. I occasionally play it, and it can be fun, but it is in 0 ways possible to be modded, and will probably stay that way.
I like the tommy gun grip, and the design is pretty being scifi-ish bullpup but the sights might need a riser to get a better view into. Maybe a holo-sight optic would fit it better?
Amazing graphics and art work! Any chance that the size of the 3pp can be changed so the player's model wont be as large of an object in front of the screen? I am guessing a first person perspective is out of the question?

Pretty. The ships are kind of cartoony, but cute, and the space environment is homeworld-ish which is nice.

It has potential, but that smashed mag makes it look like you scaled a pmag model. So I would use a mp5 mag to make it look less like a mesh hack.

I noticed some glove clipping issues on the last few pictures on the d-eagle's dovetail. Might want to adjust that.
You are making a custom engine for this game? Why not use some of the many already built ones that have utility sets built for them?

It looks kind of like a star craft-ish CnC clone. Are all of those sprites indie made?
Are those sprites CnC buildings?
Pretty maps. buildings, and lighting. Is this a Siberian penal colony type theme? Are units going to be armed with melee and muzzle loader weapons?
Ohh that is an improvement. The map settings were already nice, but this definitely adds to them.

Every thing looks good, aside from the barrel front. I might have to fix that, and add a compensator texture.
