Finally! Looks great, love the fact that Ducal Heavy Infantry use maces :)
The only thing I think that could be improved is the variety in shield patterns.
I would suggest using traditional baltic symbols for more basic troops, for example:
Ethnicart.lt
also a variation on columns of Gediminids if possible:
En.wikipedia.org
And also this guy:
Upload.wikimedia.org (Traikai village coat of arms, it was pretty much the capital before the establishment of Vilnius)
I would be glad to help you find more symbols if needed.
