howd u get it to work it only says save or open for m einsted or run and i u tell me what to do right i might be able to fix other modds as well and whe ni save it just stays there pleae help i wanna use it

can someone help i downloaded but i cant find finish installer for it whenever i try to download a mod it never installs i have like 7 waiting including extreme realsim mod which i cant get to work either someone help
