E a respeito do programa para lidar com as imagens, use algo como photoshop ou gimp.
Bom vini, primeiramente, você deve baixar os programas necessários que são:
- RenX e seus plugins : Turbosquid.com e Commandandconquer.filefront.com e procure pelos importadores W3D.
- Ferramentas para mecher com scripts e descompactar arquivos .BIG vc acha aqui: Cnclabs.com
- para mecher com as texturas você irá precisar de algum programa que importe e exporte imagens targa (.TGA).
_Existem inúmeros tutoriais espalhados pela internet que explicam como modelar para o Generals.
Ps. Não tenha pressa, pois vc terá que ter bastante paciência, pois agora vc verá o que que significa "é errando que se aprende".
