Are you guys going to make the players rank apply to any bases that you capture in Contra 008, so if I'm a rank 5 Stealth general and I capture a laser general base I would be able to make rank 5 laser general units and buildings?
I finally fixed the problem. I deleted what I thought to be all the files but when I searched contra the .big files came up but they didn't show a file path, so I deleted them and it is fixed now.
Nope that didn't work I moved my Contra folder to documents and the back-up still launched Contra. I even sent my modded version to the recycle bin and it still launched Contra.
Uhh I have a huge problem. I recently installed Contra 007 and it works just fine but for some reason when I launch my back-up copy to play regular Zero Hour it loads a fully playable Contra without the files in the directory! What the **** is going on?
Can someone please help me. I keep getting a serious error every time I try to start Shockwave. I have tried a fresh install, un-checking the read only box in properties and running the installer as admin and nothing has worked.
So what if they haven't added an easier AI yet. Is it really that bad facing a hard enemy? Try being patient before you fly off the handle and start swearing at the makers of a mod because they haven't added something you want yet. Modding is difficult and takes a lot of time. Also this isn't an opinion forum so if you don't like this mod then don't visit it and belittle it and the makers.
Alright I fixed the problem all you have to do is unzip the folder the and place all the contents into the main Fallout new vegas folder. Which will mainly look like this "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas". Then you just run the GECK.exe and it should work. Also make sure that when you extract the files it doesn't make itself a new folder you MUST make sure that all four files are in the main Fallout New Vegas directory with the other .DLL files.
Yea mine says that too and I can see the file right under the installer. Mine also says that it can't find the file libvorbisfile.dll when it doesn't say that it can't find the ssce5432.dll file
I fixed the problem. The batch file is set to look in the "my documents" folder and since I have windows Vista Business there isn't a "my documents" folder just a "documents" folder.
I fixed it apparently if I extract the files the installer doesn't work.
Normally I'd agree with you but when I run it as admin it simply does nothing
Shwmaps_gib not swrmaps_gib
Does anyone know how to fix the error 21FC problem when installing Shockwave. It says Swrmaps_gib contains invalid data and that I need to run the installer again but this message just keeps coming up.
I'm having some problems with this mod. The game doesn't work because it says it failed to copy the skirmish files and an origninal bmp file. I didn't have this problem with v. 951. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I'm having trouble with this mod. Every time I load up the game by clicking the batch file program it will load the game but not add any units or the new campaign missions. If it helps the little window that pops up and says do not close this window also says "error access denied no files moved" and I'm also playing zero hour from the first decade CD. I even tried renaming the .off file .big and that only made a serious error message display when I tried to load the game. Can anyone help me out?
