Even nature is being corrupted by money now...
As if the world wasn't being ****** enough...
But does he, at some point, let the family know?
I would like to know how they are collected. That would probably be even more pleasant.
Big, small, it's just a matter of perspective...
The last time I played it was at least 5 years ago (probably more), so maybe I knew but I forgot. xD We'll never know...
If I didn't know, it might be because I just never paid attention to those numbers. When I was watching that video I noticed there was something else there, I paused it, I looked at the numbers and the blocks that were obviously mines and I figured it out myself. Back when I played it it was only to pass the time, and IIRC, I never put a lot of mines.
It's a pretty logical conclusion that you can get to while playing the game, if you are playing it seriously (seriously in the standards of a casual game).
And this was probably made by a 'Murican, so...
Coincidentally, look what I saw today: Youtube.com
(IIRC, I never knew what those numbers meant until today. xD It's the amount of mines near that block.)
I love this dog.
I would argue that it has always been an oligarchy, however in a more camouflaged way, and people are just noticing it now, because it's getting more apparent (for multiple reasons).
The problem with modern democracies is that, once the power is given to someone, there is no way to take it back if they get corrupt. The people can't seem to understand that they have absolutely everything they need to prevent/fight against these things.
For example, the army on authoritarian governments. The High Command is a part of it, of course, but the soldiers are nothing but paws, they get nothing with the way things are and if they weren't in the army, they would be ordinary citizens suffering under that government. However, they still follow their orders, mainly because of fear of punishment.
They can't seem to understand that, yes, if few try to do something, it will not work, however, if many do something, what army will the government have to deal with them? This basically guarantees a revolution's success.
If the people and the soldiers followed this principle, it will basically put a gun on the heads of those who volunteer to represent them on the government, and if they **** up, they will have to deal with the people.
About the illusion: I think it's better to destroy the illusion, this will make people have to do something to make the world a better place. People like to pretend problems don't exist, but that doesn't solve them.
This world isn't destroyed like the world from Matrix, it is still being destroyed.
Meanwhile, in a secret base somewhere:
Lieutenant: "The Ion Cannon has been engaged, sir."
General: "On whose authority?"
His vision is augmented.
Well, it seems that your independence happened after many other countries (Tried to find the date, but apparently you guys don't have a set date), so it makes sense why they would be nice during it. Better lose the control of it, but keep a friendly relation that will have its benefits than futilely resisting and eventually lose everything (like the UK did before).
I don't know about the Maori, so I can't speak on depth about that, but it seems that NZ's colonization happened later than most other european colonies, so they already knew that some things just don't work, no matter how much they tried.
Don't get me wrong, I understand you guys having a connection with them, Brazilians have nothing against Portugal, we like them and have a great relation with them, but we all know that they basically just exploited us back during colonial times. The good things they made for us near the end of our colonial relation was because the Portuguese Court was here, after fleeing Europe to escape Napoleon.
It just never made sense to me why some British colonies kept the British flag on their flags after independence.
Oh, and now that I know what that leaf means, it suddenly stopped looking as good as it did before. xD
Taking into consideration the things he did which a suit that wasn't designed for battle, imagine what he would be capable of doing with this.
"The One Free Man is doing his part. Why don't you?"
So you guys are finally going to remove the British flag from your flag? It's about time... :P (Unless Black Jack wins. xD)
I like the idea of keeping blue and red in the flag, as they represent the country (at least from my foreigner perspective). However, the way the colors are displayed in some of those remind me of the logos of US sport leagues, and I don't like the similarity (This might stop with time).
There are a lot of black, leaves and waves on these flags, but I don't know their relation and meaning to New Zealand, so I can only judge them by the looks.
I like the Southern Cross, not only you guys already use it, but a few other southern nations also use it and I like the connection it gives, for as minimal as it may be.
With this said, my favorites are: New Zealand Matariki, Land Of The Long White Cloud (Traditional Blue), Southern Cross Horizon and Silver Fern (Red White and Blue).
I can't choose one, since I believe that things like flags should represent their people/country and have a meaning in relation to them, and I don't have all the knowledge required to do so here.

At least you are not mayonnaise. Moddb.com
Of course we don't...
*looks at both sides*
The worst part is: People actually pay that price...
So, this is the prospect for the future we can take from the comments on this page:
Things are bad in Australia.
Things are bad in Bangladesh.
I can tell you, things are bad in Brazil.
And as we all know very well, things are terrible in the US.
Mankind is doomed.

I like the sound of that...

Probably just a general lack of logic.
This "Get Windows 10" thing on the taskbar is a part of an optional update from a few months ago.
Just google "Remove get windows 10 from taskbar" and you will find a bunch of sites that explain how to remove it. :)
Clouds are the farts of God!
I just thought about this: If Jon made Mondays the day of lasagna, would Garfield still hate Mondays?
I'm using Windows XP right now on my old PC. :D
BUT FOR HOW MANY SECONDS WOULD I BE ABLE TO FIRE IT!?
Looks pretty nice. I loved the skirmish lobby on TI and DTA.
I've also been feeling like playing the TS campaign again, it has been so long. (IIRC, the last time I played it was in 2009 or 2010.)
I also never played Firestorm. I could never find a TFD copy to buy, but even after EA made them freeware I didn't get them, even though I knew about them.
That was stupid... xD
