May gaben be with him.
But it's so hard to find one of those few ones. :(
That sounds interesting. It sure is a better way to use armies instead on a war.
Good luck 'muricans, I hope you achieve success in this very important humanitary mission. We brazilians are already safe, if bieber ever comes back to Brazil he will be arrested, so I doubt he ever will.
All together for a bieber-free world!!
Magnificent, Kane will be proud.
I noticed him on the small preview image before loading this page...
...probably because I saw a similar image before. xD
Here in Rio I'm currently in summer, it's always hot, sometimes it gets to 40ºC. We only had 1 week of winter this year, the rest didn't look like winter at all. It has been years since the last time we had a proper winter. [sarcasm] Yay for Global Warming! [/sarcasm]
Raptor Report to Mission Command: Day #31: 'Muricans still believe I'm on their side. They suspect nothing.
And the news is?
Someone exterminate these.. beings, immediately.
Their crime: Excessive Stupidity & Contamination of the Gene Pool.
It seems they have to pay a high price for the cure.
Poor people, having to listen to a few seconds of that noise. Pitiful.
One vision, one purpose!
Yeah, I don't doubt that it's a lot of work. :)
But back on topic, DTA seems pretty complete, is there anything left to do besides adding the SP campaign? I only played 2 quick matches so far (gonna play more soon :)), but I didn't notice anything missing.
I updated it yesterday and the game was completely lagged. I would have posted about it here today, but I decided to test it again before doing that, and there was an update that fixed the issue. xD
The RA factions were a pleasent surprise when I read the news post, you guys never mentioned them here. :P And, apparently, you managed to make support for more than 2 factions without any problem, congrats.
Does this means I can start to **** Aro off asking for GloboTech on TI? :D
They probably bought it to help increase the peace in the world, so that there is 1 warship less to fight wars. The Canadians are so nice. :)
And freedom, don't forget the freedom.
Month - May: Sheldon Cooper (Is it a good thing?)
Day - 18: Jon Stewart (Who is he?)
Shirt color - A shade of green: Incredible Hulk (YAYYYY!!!)
You got an army of zombies? I got Hulk!!!
I don't even know how good the others would be, but I got Hulk, so I'm good to go. :D
If you want you could contact one of ModDB's admins and they will move the ModDB page to IndieDB, keeping all the content and trackers, just like how INFRA did (Incase you don't know, both sites are connected, which means that everyone on ModDB will still be able to track the development).
If Wicked isn't a mod anymore it would be more fitting. It would also keep all the feedback on the same page, which would keep the community together, instead of having the community scattered.
Exactly. Nothing is impossible, just incredibly hard.
But hey, the fun lies in the challenge. :D
We never left Earth's orbit, I will only consider the space race done when we find a efficient way of deep space travel. Be that warp drives or something else.
We should sit our butts on Earth until we find a way for that. :P
And soon enough, of DEATH!!
Now that I think about it, I should play online sometimes. :)
Keksz, there are 3 lists:
Top Upcoming Mods (Unreleased mods, players choice)
MOTY Editors Choice (as LoNer1 said, ModDB's editors choice)
and this, the MOTY Players Choice (that only counts released mods)
Congrats to all the Winners and Honorable Mentions. :)
Well, then (if it isn't Frank Klepacki) I'm out of guesses. xD I'll wait to see.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too!
Happy holidays guys, can't wait to play PB5.
Someone we are very familiar with? My guesses would be:
Frank Klepacki (but you already have an OST)
or Joe Kucan.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everybody!!
From reading the comments I got the feeling that a lot of people don't understand how the Honorable Mentions work. This is partly ModDB's fault, because every year they always had the explanation on the articles of the awards, but this year they changed the format, removing it.
Let me quote last year's awards article: Moddb.com
Last year Opposing Force 2 got an Honorable Mention, and they explained why:
That means that although they got to the top 5, they didn't place higher than the previous year.
Seeing as a lot of people are mentioning SotP, I believe that although they got to the top 5 they didn't place higher than last year, when the placed 2nd.
As another example, Lost Alpha got a Honorable Mention this year, because last year they placed 1st, and there is no higher than 1st.
Sorry for the wall of text, I hope I managed to answer some of the doubt some people had.
I pay attention to ModDB, and I track all of these mods except Nº3, and I still knew about its existence.
There is a difference between a mod having thousands of trackers and viewers and only a few of them voting, perhaps a mod that has few trackers has more loyal fans that remembered to vote for him when the vote started.
Lol, awesome. Merry Christmas everybody!
