Just that, concrete things...

I can't think of a name, concrete breakers? Haha I found one with breakers and lighthouse in shot.

I downloaded and installed Traitor Mode last night but had to install Alien Swarm SDK to get it working. You might want to add that info for others :)

Just when I thought I was already tracking all the innovative Source mods!

Couple of suggestions (Beta 2):

I like the tutorial but I would recommend slowing the subtitles down a little or even coding them to come up when prompted e.g. when someone enters 'e' or whatever their 'use button' is.

I got lost straight off the bat after spending all my credit on shells and having none left to purchase a friendly spawn point thereby completely disabling the rest of the tutorial and having to restart.

Also change the subtitle font colour/visibility. That white text gets lost against all the textures so easily.

Having a blast!

Well that is a part of their design philosophy, gameplay first, sexy gfx later.

Probably the ones where the concrete would have hit them. The two forwards lamps with the holes above them would make sense.

BTW everyone is demanding clutter these days :p

Cannot launch. Steam times out and gives me a 'servers to busy to handle request' error. If I click cancel while waiting I get

Launcher Error (title bar)
Failed to load the launcher DLL:

So I've unzipped this with winrar and 7zip and I've downloaded this a couple of times. Still no luck.

Help please :)

You're quick!

If you're keen on more info like this just google 'deaf colorblind Valve' and you'll get alot of info on how some devs incorporate visual info into thier games for people who, for various reasons, would normally be impaired from playing.

Keep up your enthusiasm =)

Well it doesn't have to be such a dramatic change. I did see somewhere that simply changing green to a blue-green helps.

Like you said I'm sure it's not a huge deal for now. And it can always be added as an option later on if you feel inclined.

Good on you for trying so promptly!

Here's an older article with some helpful images =)

First of all, apologies if this has been mentioned previously...

I just wanted to point out that green and red isn't a great colour scheme for colourblind gamers. I've read a few things about design challenges related to this and found a link to the last article I came across and thought you'd might like to have a gander.

Sorry to be a nag
