I should add this was while zooming within the battle planning hub (bottom right?)
I just installed the demo. When zooming in and out with mouse wheel there was a period in between where the camera would 'scoll' up or down.
Ships look great and the new UI is a great improvement from the little I've seen.
I still don't understand what that movie was about or why it got such rave reviews.
I know the tree avatar is already larger then the human but I think you should make it larger, along with slowing down it's walking pace. It should resemble a lumbering giant, crashing through the undergrowth. Even if it was like one footstep every 3 or 4 seconds. Just to add some emphasis to how big it is.
Would be much appreciated if earlier testers of Day One could seed!
What are you on about?
From the looks of things... doesn't look like it needs reclaiming :p irl.
You killed Fidel! Tsk tsk tsk... Concept art is amazing.
Please rework the UI. Even if it's just increasing the text size for readability. I'd like to continue playing, I just get fed up squinting at my screen. And playing at a lower resolution is not a solution.
Other then that I'm pretty happy to have recently picked this up.
Will this project be on the same scale as your other projects, or is this going to be more ambitious?
Unless you have a Source license it has to be free.
Great trailer. Going to try the demo again. Got a bit frustrated last time.
I almost don't want to spoil the fun by mentioning what's so funny. Really people. 14 serious comments + replies before anyone with half a brain decides to pipe up.
Logo is awesome.
Chill out. The world's not going to end because a link or file is broken or missing.
Someone posted a link in the downloads section for this update Hl2wars.com
Had no idea this was coming. Hey at least now I'll finish the game!
Not on WebOS?! Pfft
You have my support. Up-voting on GL right now. Pro trailer. How do you pronounce the new studio name?
Grrrr Cosmopolis grrr. Such an annoying film.
The link for Space Disorder is broken.
I like how Amanita Design use symbols/pictures to convey conversation and characterisation. Though, I guess that's more a function of puzzle design then what're you're going for, which seems to be more focused on characterisation and storytelling? If anything I would like to see the speech bubbles redesigned to fit into the overall aesthetic of the world you've created.
Will you also add it to the game menu for people to find without having to know the console commands?
Redirect traffic from Fistful-of-frags.com to Steamcommunity.com until your campaign succeeds.
Email Gabe and ask for a better Greenlight/Steam api. Will totally work :p
For $100 you should be able to run your Greenlight campaign through your own domain.
Download link not working.
Sold. I'll be keeping myself busy with Proteus until this hits. Red Rover sounds amazing also. Seriously, this is the kind of stuff video games should have been doing long long ago.
These devlogs creep me out. Does that count as a compliment?
I like how when you're on a streak you start to think you're invincible. Then someone caps you and it's back to real life.
Show looks like a total riot. Thanks!
Gee so my spelling sucks. 5 minute editing timeout kinda sucks.
After reading the comments on Greenlight it's clear many people are enthusiastic and understand what the game is about. So congrats and good luck!
I thought the trailer took way too long to get to the point (for it's overall length). The scene with gore came right out of the blue and seemed really out of place. Then again we haven't scene any in game footage before so maybe that's something that will be explained down the track.
