Are you going to some more plenty of hairstyles (comparing to vanilla oblivion)? For some it's not that important, but I feel it is :P
Like vanilla oblivion could have had a few more different hairstyles, I know there where a few hairmods for oblivion but I never liked them (many where to anime-styled and didn't really fit in the universe).

So in short, will you add a few more hairstyles other than the vanilla ones and the ones that special characters will have.

My guess is hair.
