I've actually been noticing a significantly lower amount of peasant rebellions. I remember in one of the older versions of this mod I'd get around 2-3 revolts each month after conquering the world.

I've noticed a glitch where humans are living as long as elves.

I'm noticing an extremely annoying amount of warlord rebellions, sometimes three at once.
Also was the levy sizes for certain kingdoms made smaller?
I'm playing as Morrowind with max levy laws and almost half of Skyrim conquered yet I can only raise armies of about 13,000 troops when before I remember being able to raise armies twice that size with Morrowind alone.

I'm still getting CTDs with Argonia after installing the fix.

I have to ask whether this city is in the Skyrim cell or if it has it's own cell.

"The West Reach" could also be a more lore friendly name.

Don't want to sound like a jerk but it's been almost a month already, can you at least give us a hint when the new update is coming out.

My point is that in real life if you are a conqueror your not just going to gather your troops, invade, win a war, send your troops back home and then instantly declare another war; you would trample all who stand before you with a large army.
Yes I know doing this would make the perk OP as I said before but things like what you said could counteract that.
And yes it does take me a while to prepare my troops in fact it took me two in game years just to gather my troops to take Summerset. By the time I got my boats and Armys togethor almost half of my 120,000 troops had already died of exposure. You can see how that could get annoying right

Well yah but even if he did update the warlord perk I still wouldn't be able to conqueror Tamriel in 20 years probably lowered from 400 to 300.

P.S I know what the Numidium is. (I'm a major lore nerd for TES)

On the risk of making the warlord perk OP, I recommend making it so you don't need to lower levies to declare warlord war. That way it doesn't take me 400 years to conqueror what Tiber Septim conquered in maybe 20.

I have windows 8 and when I first tried to download EAW it told me it wasn't compatible. I should probably try again though, maybe they updated windows 8 to allow more compatabilities because it has been at least 7 months sense I tried.

All try to explain in a simple way.

He was originally Wulfharth who was a Shezarrine who kept on being brought back to life. When Tiber Septim betrayed him by putting part of his soul in the mantella, he took over the body and soul of Zurin Arctus who died trying to soul trap Wulfharth, which made a new Underking mixing the minds of Arctus and Wulfharth. After the Underking was reunited with the part of his soul that was trapped in the mantella in TES II, he died but his souls mixed with Tiber Septim because they were both Shezarrines and had long interactions with the Numidium, forming the god Talos who may have mantled Lorkhan's spot in the divines.

I guess it isn't that big of a deal but I recommend reading the lore on these two pages on the UESP to better understand the true lore of the Underking.

Unfortunately I got a new computer that can't play EAW which sucks because one of the reasons why I wanted it was so I could play EAW with no lag.

(Also Underking is Zurin Arctus + Ysmir Wulfharth)

If it is located between Markarth and Jehenna I recommend renaming the region Druadach. Druadach is the name of the mountains that separate Skyrim and High Rock so it is a bit more lore friendly than New High Rock.
