Are these using custom shaders? Or is it drastically different light settings on the map?
Keen to start this up again :) adding in a more lol-factor
Name sounds familiar, is it from bf2 MC?
This issue i ran into when running windowed mode, and anti aliasing. Try running fullscreen or disabling aliasing
hopefully some python wizardry could do the trick
If magsize > 0:
>>>load geometry (bulletmodelmag)
Again this is completely out of context to bf2 ^^, just a thought :D
Haha, I think we'll need an FAQ because that question is asked the most around here.
It'll come out when it's ready :)
Great work on the texture!
Haha, I remember this thing! :D
Plus isn't it it only works on 1.41?
That's nice :)
If you add
"Vars.Set phy-soldier-skydiveat-speed -99"
The soldier won't even use skydive animations :P
That would be your resolution, I had the same problem in Bad Company 2 lol.
Yeah, really got to fix that! Lol
MEC Acog, love it ! :D
1p legs aren't hard, it's all about changing the ladder camera, and moving the chase distance. I still think they're fairly low-res, compared to 1p arms.
I've tried to do that for the lader, but made the chase camera slightly further back, which showed the soldier's 3p hands climbing the ladder, but that looks discustingly low-res. It may be possible to do later on, but ladders are tricky bastards :P
Sounds like 1984 :D
Ignorance is Strength
War is Peace
Freedom is Slavery
Congrats on actively updating, you're doing well! :D
@Sgt. Dann it was one of the first videos out for BC2 :P. Good work though, yellow blood :P haha
I'm sure Hjid can work a sort of timer in python or something?
Shoot it! Shoot it! :D
Interesting idea, but there's a reason why we made them 1p only, i can't remember why though, could be to save memory? something on the network? i dunno haha
Excellent work Hjid, we just need to get those effects working :)
Sounds hopeful, but i don't see that Frostbite 2.0 is that much greater in complexity that it couldn't release SDK or tools like CryEngine3.
It shoots a heat object which can then be shot down with heat-seeking missiles :). Interesting ideas though.
Very talented animations, good job! :D
You've got some talent!
