Why I said in my old review why its a "very bad game" as it removes the most crucial element to the Command and Conquer Franchise; the base building. Why did they remove it? Well, as it seems like they were trying to shake the bottle a little bit and see if they can get a new concept that the C&C fans might like. But, this ultimately failed and it was depressing to see the other things they did to the game such as limited Unit Cap, the good looking (on high) but silly graphics, required-online connectivity, its campaign.
The campaign ****** me off now I look back at it, and I dislike that you need to play the multiplayer BEFORE you can actually complete the campaign with little difficulty even on the lower difficulties. Also the ending (THAT I AM GOING TO SPOIL) was a let down as it left many questions left such as; "Where did Kane go? Will the Scrin come back? Tiberium was removed that easily?-
To be honest, I liked playing the Beta and the game when it came out. But at the end of the day, I felt tricked and deceived (by myself saying "ITS C&C, ITS AMAZING ANYWAYS" and EA's mentality to take advantage of their player base, especially ones that have been loyal to a series and will buy a game no matter what is said by the critics or potential doubters.
And this can also relate to C&C Generals 2 as EA attempted to AGAIN go after the C&C fan base by bringing them into another over-hyped game and they failed. A stupid, Free-To-play game was NOT what I was looking in C&C (look at Tiberium alliances! UGH). I am glad there internal testing with C&C players was bad and I am glad they cancelled it. As its original projects goals seemed deceptive, then it just got worse from there.

-I have lost all hope for this mod, It has seem to come to a complete stop. I saw a lot of inspiration, hard work and creativity in this mod. But now I see a cancelled project, that has been totally forgotten, along with its followers. I never plan to bring my rating back up and I am extremely disappointed with the Developers. Ambition and planning is fine. But when you set out to a goal and then drop it because you see "better opportunity" by making a Indie game and saying: "**** all our fans", even though they would wait for a VERY long time to see a end-mod.
I saw promise in this mod, creativity, and wonderful developers. I would have been on the fan-boy train till it was done. But they gave up for something that they never went forth to challenge and overcome. (Referring to the RD3 Engine)
Good Bye Paradox. May you rest in pieces with the rest of those other Potential mods.
