Stop bumping this project up, if it isn't dead they will make sure that everyone knows, let the live projects get their worthy spot in the top indie game section.

"Left 4 Quake, an Indie game developed by Ribcaged Entertainment, is a continuation where Left 4 Dead left off and Left 4 Dead 2 didn't pick up."
I can't even tell what you are looking at.
That was my bad, linked the wrong image, posting in a sec.
Mobster, our animator is gone till this sunday.
We'll get it done, it's all a matter of time.
Seems like it, but we can easily get it done in the given time.
As you can see, the biggest thing setting us back is textures.
The reference was to small things that are not in development.
If you're going to make a game, make sure to be original, if you're not, you'll be held to annoying standards and be required to make something you don't really want to make.
-Just saying.
Those are minor things that althir can finish in 2 days. Weapons need to be textured and coded, and depending on when we get a texture artist, we can finish in a month.
Not really. The only difference between a "full game" and a "demo" is maps.
Thank you very much. At this point, we are going to do our best to release a playable game within the next couple months (all we really need right now is textures and a few maps (minus coding)
My district has a massive connection, as they are directly connected to the internet, you probably only get 200kb as a user because the server only allows 200kb.
I'd bypass that.
The reason it was mentioned is because I am working on it, not anyone else. I'm getting it started and funded so that we don't have much downtime.
The biggest reason for this stall is that we were working on the server, I have payed for the rest of it so we can get to work now.
You're incorrect, the team is working hard, and moving forward, there are snags due to school as with every psp homebrew.
The only reason we are looking at the future is because we are almost done with l4q.
We don't 'need' a better build. This computer can be improved with a good video card, the point is; we can make a better build for free, so why not?
You don't have full specs. The type and speed of ram is not provided, the 6gb of 1333mhz ram at base price costs $150, the CPU costs $75, motherboard $100, HDD + PSU $125, case + fans is $30. $151.41 came from donations, that leaves about $330, I spent $250, using deals and local shops.
Also, what is DSell?
Please actually do research before making such ludicrous assessments.
Base bandwidth is currently at 200gb a month, speed is at 30mb/s, I plan to maybe use my schools's network which is over 100mb/s.
The only thing this computer potentially can't beat is your video card.
@pfannkuchen_gesicht:
I've decided, since I payed for most of it, to build it up to a marketable standard, and sell for a profit in order to build a better more work-oriented server.
@horny97:
The amount that it ended up costing was really nice, I hit some great deals ;)
@l0p:
Where exactly do you live? In the USA, you can get 4gb of ram for less than $50 if you play your cards right, also, a better video card than that would cost around $20-$30. The processor is a socket A processor, which isn't used much anymore due to limitations, but that doesn't mean it can't be upgraded.
@biodude:
Since I payed for the RAM, I decided more is better, is there anything wrong with that?
Not even I have the complete build, the newest version isn't even possible to get, only versions from last year.
We aren't running a single quake server, we're running around somewhere between 30 and 200 at once, that's why there's so much toast in the processor
Regardless of it being leaked, the only person who has the actual engine build is gh0st. Everything else you see in videos is old 2009 engine.
If it has, why continue honestly? Someone is enough of an ******* to ruin it for everyone else.
