As for how to use Photoshop, if you have no idea on how to use it, perhaps you shoulda learned before making sprites for a mod? I myself are not very good at it, but im learning.
Before I try anything with linux however, im gonna back up all my important data... I dont have a CD-Writer on this laptop, so do you have any USB flash drives I could borrow, or maybe a Laptop CD-writer? Or just an external one that I could hook up at your house... You said you had a laptop, am I correct? thats awesome because that means the me, you, and (ugh) Amaury can do a LAN or something... My laptop is relatively thin for something as old as it is, but it serves my purposes... hee hee, hope you enjoyed the comments :) get on MSN soon, im more active on there. Takes too much RAM to run both (im a RAM freeak, I check my system RAM usage every 10 minutes, if it goes above 205 MB's, I close programs :P )
By the way; Do you have a windows 2000 operating system? or maybe 98 or something? XP runs pretty badly on this machine, and my internet drivers freak out- I cant even play STARCRAFT without lagging! - although I want to run multiple operating systems, maybe ill just keep XP, get Linux, and select OS's from the Boot menu at start-up... what do you think?
Ive already read that post Michael, a LONG time ago actually. and ive decided to not join into the myspace craze, and a few of my friends have actually done so too.
Im modding Age of Empires, lmao. Im gonna throw in some new ages, so that it skips from Iron Age right over to Space age with photon troopers :D
And thats why I need photoshop :|

No, I just put in some stupid modifications of pics in image comments... I tried to give the counter strike guy a Milk Gallon rather than a 9mm Bullpup, but sadly Paint just doesnt let you crop :(
