You don't know my mum, she's a very nice person, she would never be a jerk.
Stop being such a jerk.
Im tracking you.
Oh ok, I'll follow your company
what is the other game development, I would like to see it. Is it on indiedb yet?
HTML isn't a programming language...
I hate trolls.
Dont joke, I heard un-original games are popular these days ;)
I appreciate that you are just 'getting the basics done', maybe include planned features in the description so people can tell you aren't making MC clone.
The problem is, its still exactly like MC (with less features), whether you liked it or not.
I don't know whether you would be able to charge money for this game. Unless you add something drastically new, people will just buy MC. Minecraft is a higher quality (to be expected) than funcraft and there really doesn't like there is anything new in this game. However, the game looks surprisingly good for something made in game maker.
Since your coding in java using LWJGL, macs are not a problem as long as you include the mac osx natives in the jar, I would recommend a tool called jarsplice to do this. I have previous experience of doing this, having one jar that runs on linux, mac and windows. You should have no problem.
Id say this concept is as good as that of portal, I think your on to a winner with this game. Graphics look spectacular. I think it would be nice to have different materials you can make the triangles from, each manipulating objects in different ways.
I like it, good concept and the physics are really good. Graphics are well designed, maybe in the future add the option to customise your character, not make your own, just choose from different colours etc. Level editor looks good, but maybe have an 'endless' mode aswell, where the map is randomly generated as you move off screen, when you fall off the game is over. A feature like this could add to the longevity of the game.
Oh, sorry to post twice but my edit time ran out. Will you ever make a mac version, really want to play this! If not I'll just run it in wine.
Looks great, can't wait for a download. However, I do agree that the perspective of the ships and the players and aliens seem to conflict, would be a lot better looking if they matched. In my opinion the rest of the graphics look fine and your game idea is solid. It would be good to have an ever expanding randomly generated universe with space stations to buy your stuff, like a space RPG.
