Apologies if it has already been asked ... Is it possible to get Steam keys when you are up and running on there?

I just got this as part of the Indiefort bundle ... specifically it was the reason why I got the bundle.

I was wondering if there was a way to add it to Desura, and if not, how will I get the updates?
