The textures could use some more work, other than that, the model is looking good.
Use the nvidia control panel, there you have the option to make the graphics smoother.
Btw, changing the graphics through the game itself will make the graphics 20% smoother, but you'll still have dented models, which isn't a good thing.
You need to tune your graphics up and be careful with the bodygroups and skins. If your graphics card is nvidia, you can change the graphics quality through the "nvidia control panel" or something, change the preferences to quality on the 3d preview and your graphics will be smoother.
The posing needs lots of fixing, but with the time you'll get better.
One good way to get better at posing is by looking at ingame pictures, so you can have a glimpse on how to pose them correctly when they're running, standing, aiming and stuff.
The muzzleflash could be adjusted, it looks awful.
aaand you could try download better tf2 ragdolls here: Facepunch.com
This will allow to pose tf2 easily and unlock lots of new posing possibilities. (unless you already have it)
Adjust the focusing AND TURN THE GRAPHICS UP.
what is your graphics card? Nvidia?
No you don't.
You're not being helpful in any way.
Indeed it looks neat.
Cyclops with gasmasks?
Suddenly, a hole appears and pow, dead.
Still not as cheap as hiding them with easy shots.
Lightning isn't a must have, and using cheap lightning and angling tricks that take away 80% of the image make it pretty easy to make it look cool eh?
I'm pretty sure that, making a posing with more that 4 ragdolls with a BIG scene build, quality graphics, some nice focusing effects, IN A FULLY LIT AREA, WITH NO ******* LAMPS is alot harder than making a simple one shot, cheap and "cool" posing consisting of two ragdoll doing random ****. C'mon, let's all try doing big stuff.
I can see you finding a damn pritty excuse to flame me, but think about it at least damnit.
ps. Have you done something like that before? Good, then give me a picture so we can use as an example.
Oh man, that gave me an idea...
I'd really appreciate a link to the david leathhoff's model.
Thank you capitain obvious.
Quite impressive I say.
Yo maxbun, when you are rendering the super dof, you can click on the part of the image you wish to focused, ex: you could have clicked on the guy in the centre of the picture so he was in the focus.
Also, showing the light bulbs isn't a good idea.
Yeah yeah, but I didn't find anything more fitting than "dumpsters"
Better than being "empty", right?
That'd make the game even harder due to the One-hit-kills.
But I like the idea.
Really dude? REALLY?
I understand, but the problem is: Most moddb users(usually posers) get butthurt after receiving a constructive comment of any sort.
I want some good stuff being posted on the gmod page, not just some fresh-*** **** made by a 8-12 years old kid posed in 2 because "he was bored".
Yo, I'm not lying.
Ps. I'm not talking exactly about hogsy, but in general, we get a lot of crappy posings, we don't need even MORE.
