There is a lot fixes to be done here, one of them is the posing posture of the sniper(when he's standing or aiming).
Here's a good posture example: Ranger.gamebanana.com (I know it's a skin, but it was the best I could get my hands on.)
You can also use bodygroups on the huntsman to remove the arrow.
Aaaand use another color effect, this one looks pretty bad.

You Could have used the tf2 beta muzzleflashes, done some improvements on engineer's arms, picked a better angle and put Ghastly gibuses on the dead spies.(if you know what I mean)
