Calradia, Calradia, Calradia please!

What has always delighted me so much about this mod and the Red Wars one was the fact that they're set in a believable alternate historical world, where creativity and reality rank equally high.

We know that, with the Mount & Blade restrictions, what with the mercenaries, the feudal lords system and the brigand bands, we could never truly reach the real world early 20th century.

So the better choice would indeed be to keept to an appropriately fictional setting.
The only thing this mods need is a little bit of gameplay tweaking and debugging, and this can be the greatest Mount & Blade mod ever created!

Because it's not Europe anno 1918.

It's Calradia anno 1918.

Okay lads.
First of all, thank you from the bottom of my heart for not letting RW die. Your work is very much appreciated and beloved.

That said, however, I've brought an array of issues and bugs to report to you.

The most vital for me would be the night battles (you might already know that one): They are so dark they're essentially unplayable.
It might be 'realistic', but so would be flashlights, spotlights and flares (and ,of course, the AI being as night-blind as the player).
Me trying to avoid night battles is one option of course, but try telling the AI the same thing...

Then, trying to enter a Sarranid city hall, which would result in a CTD for me.

Then there is also the 'Join Army' option for any kind of lord, which would invariably break itself following the first engagement, where trying to have a word with the lord/commander provokes an error which just makes him repeat the last dialogue tree you had until then.

Lastly, the "Free prisoner" quest is broken, as entering the captor city gives me no option to proceed and complete the quest.

As for skins and the like: I'd suggest that you could make officer or commander uniforms for the lords and the like: It's difficult for me to feel any kind of reverence for, say, the King of Albion, if he runs around, dressed like some rugged Private Tommy Atkins!

Also, please please PLEASE make police for all the other nations too! And have them assume the roles of city guards. You know, for realism's sake.

Again, thanks in retrospect and in advance!

This mod seems like a great concept, but there are bugs virtually everywhere.

I cannot select half of the available units in the editor, or even place them on the map, as the programme will then terminate (your Italian and Romanian units, for instance, I can place, but they don't do anything in game, and when I try to select them in editor it crashes).
The same in Skirmish. I cannot play any of the missions save for the very first American one. There always is the message informing that the game has to 'terminate' when they're halfway done loading.

Please help, I can go into more detail on the error messages if you like.
