There is a few reason this is not going to happen:
Kanes Wrath does not have a functioning official mod kit.
We here at TE do not consider Kanes Wrath to be proper canon.
C&C3 has a lenghty campaign, while Kanes Wrath only has one shorter one.
The only reason that a Kanes Wrath version would be cool is because of that special game mode, whatever they called it.
Shouldnt this be changed from a Crysis Wars mod to a CryEngine 3 indie?

Renegade was never lore-accurate. Nod didnt have the technology to use portable versions of their Obelisk, especialy not in a hand-held format.

I defenitely do not mind cosmetic improvements. The mammoth MKII looked like that due to resolution limitations and so forth.

I think what you are doing is really cool. However, I must say that a lot of the things you change does not fit into the canon of C&C, which is something that bothers me and friend who has started playing this, quite a bit.

I must actually say that I really enjoyed Minecraft, up to but not including the beta-patch 1.8 which implemented all the RPG elements. I prefered it to be very simple and let the players stand for all the creativity.
They could always port to a certain new Renegade-engine... ;)
Damage seems to be way too much. Nice idea though. But I dont really see the point of giving extra damage to the tracks. General higher hit-on-side damage would make more sense.
... Though in the civilized world we write things in order, day, month year :P
