That might be a cool idea, take some references from that Halo Wars preview video they did, you know, the one before they decided to make bases a single giant modular building.

As for 'half death', I believe this was discussed earlier but is not implemented for Cyborgs due to limitations in the game engine.
Up to this date I am still allergic towards this unit. It's utterly useless compared to the vanilla Commando, which also happens to be more GDI/Havoc style and less USA/Colonel Burton.
Its really derpy. The TS engine had all things from spreading tiberium, advanced underground movement, dynamic ion and meteorstorms and advanced transportation units (Aka Orca transport being able to transport 5 units, not just one and so forth), and all that is from the early 2000s. EA made an engine in 3D that looks more shiny, but its not nearly as advanced, which I just find funny.
Firespread has been slightly nerfed again to prevent infinitely spreading fires... :(
I miss catastrophic forestfires. Sure it's good to nerf it for public servers, but me and 4 other friends runs a private one so there is no chance of greifing there, only accidents which always was just extremley funny.

Why the RA3 engine? It's really a downgrade from C&C3. Cartoony, blocky and locked. A buildgrid? Seriously, I hoped we would have gotten away from that in C&C after Generals. You cant even change the music in the game from the RA3 soundtrack.

I agree with Starfox100, it feels a bit overwhelming, and it is fuzzy/silly resoluted. That needs to be fixed.
