Where is the 24 hour clock...?
Precisely! This actually makes sense (Game-sense, guys) instead of the style EA has been pushing for all C&C-like (I still dont consider Generals a C&C, just a good RTS), aka, giant robots, lasers and alien invasions.
This is truely the only "Generals 2" I know of!
Interesting. I was actually looking for how to make an RTS style game in the UDK earlier. Very interesting, and I hope you'll succeed with it!
Dont stop updating ModDB just because you have a website though. Much more simple to keep a track of things this way!
While open source is awesome, I really do hate it when everyone assumes that because you like it, you are a coder.
Some are (Or was) really good, such as Tribes Ascend, which was very resonable with how much time it took to unlock stuff without paying for it, and especially their generous offer with buying a permanent XP boost which you got by buying any anmount of 'gold'.
PlanetSide 2 is a great game, but it takes SO long to get anywhere, and their prices are absolutely over the top nuts.
And then we have games like World of Tanks where the developers are a bunch of incompetent nitheads who don't care for the players one bit and have a game which is just full of PTW (Pay To Win).
I like the fact you made it slightly resemble the railgun tech out of Tiberian Sun.
That took stupidly long time, thanks to Camtasia being a herpderp. Uploading tonight!
Uh, Renegade perhaps?
Rendering the very last part of the TE-campaign playthrough right now :D
Excellent looking, Carnius. Just what I had in mind!
No link to this 'Time machine'?
The description is true, but only if you follow EA's C&C lore :P
While that would have been a nice idea, I know absolutely nothing about how to use the world editor for C&C3!
Indeed! I was about to request it for a while, but I might have forgotten. If you dont mind, I might finish my TE campaign playthrough on YouTube with one of the unheard songs in the 'thank-you-credits'? Was thinking of maybe act22.
I'd say decide on a theme first. Urban, forest or something else? As it stands now the map has all the necessary parts for gameplay, but I'd like to see it make some 'sense' as well. Whats the 'purpose' of the map? Its obviously not a tiberium wasteland, so give it some other 'soul'. If you understand where Im coming at?
Nah, it worked after a while. ModDB has this problem every now and then where the download mirrors refuses to work. Had the problem a few times with other mods download pages just as well.
Anywho, thanks for the download, Vlado! Even though I myself had the tracks downloaded from ModDB for a longer time (Firefox media downloader), its nice to see them officialy released for everyone!
I never did use Desure yet, Ive been waiting for the development to proceed futher for you before I decide to buy or not.
The file you have selected (File) is not available via any mirrors. Please check back shortly as our servers update every 5 minutes.
Not bad, not bad. I'd love seeing some more details though!
Thanks. I'll PM you right away.
EF is pointed to the correct path. In my case it is D:\Program Files (x86)\Spel\Steam\steamapps\common\Company of Heroes Relaunch
Using the "New Steam Version" didnt help. Now the game wont even launch with the mod. Steam says (In my status) that Im playing the game for about 2-3 seconds, then it goes back to just "Online" again and nothing more happens.
Very annoying when the download-mirror on ModDB goes down all the time.
Im using the old version on Steam for the game, never saw the point to download a whole new version of the game with my slow internet (Downloading something in the size of a game can make the internet unusable for the next 6 hours or so...)
Bah. This is driving me crazy. No matter on what computer I install Eastern Front on, I get the same error. "Could not verify media." Normal Company of Heroes works. Im using the Steam version.
What could possibly be wrong now?
