Forgotten use scrapped units in battle, this unit is a modified APC, which can store 8 Troops + has an additional AT Cannon. It's slow and heavy armored, so it's size is justified. The GDI APC for example, can only store 5 troops and can swim, is faster and has no weapon.
Vehicle Thiefs are already available at T2 for Forgotten faction. So you can steal enemy units. Mutants have a technological disadvantage in the early techlevels compared to the others. So I would recommend getting an enemy War Factory or stealing units.
A lot of units have been moved/changed in their Techlevel. Most because we have a lot of repetitive roles, so we need to make them more uniqe and usefull instead of simple direct updgrades. I.e. You still may choose to build Rookies, even if you can build Elite Cadres etc. (as both units have different weapons and abilities)

Yes, each side use now their own uniqe walls.
GDI got their original walls back too, as the AI now finally can handle them.
The Forgotten got some new ones too, as their sandbacks where mostly a placeholder.
And that's why custom maps will be included in future. The new maps will suit the mod very good.
Whats so difficult about cloaked Nod engineers?
Each engineer is unique in his own way.
GDI Engi is a balanced one
Nod Engi is a weak stealthed one
Cabal Engi is a slow armored cyborg
Mutant Engi is weak, fast and heals on Tiberium
You have Watch Towers which detects stealth. The Sesno tower from Cabal also detects stealth and many more buildings like component towers and radars.
I think, the chance is higher that I port this mod to OpenRA.
Then I could do much more with this ;)
But that will only happen, once the Tiberian Sun mod for OpenRA is ready, after that I can start to work on top of it, but with much more freedom :)
Imagine 16 Player battles, on gigantic maps with Crystallized Doom gameplay...OpenGL too, so modern hardware get used too and much less problems. It still will take a year maybe, till it's ready.

The RMG will only crash with water if it places bridges, ATM I don't know how to fix it, but I will keep on to find one solution like always :)
I also added Hyperpatch 0.3 already, Orca Transports are working flawless now!

If you have a 120/144hz monitor you can even tell between
30-60-90-120-144 FPS its very noticable. But if you only have a 60hz monitor it can only display 60FPS.
I for myself play with a 120hz display - the experince is much better and smoother ;)
Once you see a game with 120FPS/120Hz vs 60 FPS/60 Hz you will understand. Once you notice it you can't play on 60Hz anymore...If you don't know it, you don't miss it - that's all ^^ just like SSD/Soundcards.

Not really, because HPatch requires them or the game will give an IE. That's why many people had crashes with 1.9.31

That purple GDI AI was hardcore today xD
It was fighting against a Nod and Forgotten AI, but without loosing it's base...the Forgotten AI has rebuild his base 5 times completly new and swichted base location a little because of the vein monsters.

If you infiltrate a construction yard, you also see what the enemy is currently building.
I am still investigating, if the money stealing from refineries is working as intended. The scout should be able to steal 50% of the current tiberium storage, from the infiltrated refinery.
With scout I mean the GDI Scout, Chameleon Spy and Mutant Explorer. Cabal doesn't have this kind of unit ATM (instead they have Limped Drones).
The AI.ini is not used. The AIFS.ini is used instead.
If you start the game with only TS there won't be any AI.
Of course you can just rename the AIFS.ini to AI.ini that should also do the trick, but I can't promise that everything else will work perfect in normal TS ;)

This is a player base....chubrokoli build it. He build the towers to sniper all infantry spams from forgotten ai.
ATM they are at GDI side, but will be moved to Nod in the next version. GDI has already enough artillery type units.
The campaign will work with the resurrected version. But that one is build from scrach and is still in development.
ATM I am focusing to give you a more stable & improved version of the mod. When I think it's stable enough, work on the resurrected version can start.

You want to know how the mod get killed, yeah my 1st level was finished about 90% and then I got allways an loading error and so I couldn't work on and the other problem was that I haven't made any backups... so it's my own fault ^^

You can upgrade your nanosuit with modules (like the weapons)
for example one module is that you can be longer in armor mode another would be a special attack when you jump, you can punch with power at the ground (area effect) and so on.

You should know that it's necessary to have a big flat start place for the AI, because they build 2x-3x bigger bases ;)
Some things to know:
There won't be Marines or Rookies, both sides use the standard Light Infatry untill I find a solution. (campaign only)
The GDI can build the normal Wolverine in the campaign.

After the ion storm ends, the game crash. I think that the Orca Transport/Truck is the problem, but I am not sure.

If yes, try reinstalling the full version and then the hotfix.
In 1.9 not but maybe in the custom campaign (will be included in 2,0) but we want first to complete the four factions:
GDI is 80%
Nod is 70%
CABAL is 20%
Forgotten is 10%
Let's say it at this way:
If you play GDI, the story will be reval only about 60%
If you play Nod, the story will be reval to 90%
The 10% which are left will fit together if you played both.
Best way would be playing first GDI than Nod.
There will be old people from Firestorm and new guys...and some other things.
Nod will not have any cyborgs in 1.9, also the Core Obelsik, Obelisk of Darkness, Cabal Core and the Core Defender will be only aviable for Cabals side. Cabal have his own Radar and maybe other power generators (not the one from Nod).

Thats because the game changed, so if you load a old savegame it crashes, nothing else.
The Nod soldiers, are actually the rookies and I like them. That one on the image could be maybe Black Hand in PN. I will try to make some like that mutants.

My playing style:
1. Complete base with all buildings
2. Build up a big defensive
3. Attack with tons of fighters
4. Interval attacks
5. Guerrilla tactics (capturing buildings etc.)
6. If thats not enought -> massive army rush
7. Use superweapon for support of my army
8. Kill enemy
So I start as a turtler, then go to guerrilla, then I rush.

I repleaced achron with achron MKII with 120mm plasma shots. The achron is still ingame, but unbuildable (maybe usefull for upcoming story or maps) GDI have own spy.

Every map. The Elite Cadre's cameo is ****** up (that was also in the pre-release from 1.0) Now it's again in 1.52. If you build it you wont see the green cycle animation on every unit/building. I will use this time to add new Terrain and some new features and of course fixing that **** problem again.
Wait I don't upload it yet, because I have found a bug (while testing your map). It's not the map, it's the mod, witch have a error. It will delay one or two days.
