As far as I know Vandrerer is the nickname of one of our esteemed modders. The correct "spelling" you're looking for is wanderer and I've never seen the word vandrerer in Fallout.
Did you have any helmets equipped when you bought the suit from him?
There are ways to trick punkbuster into thinking it's not a cracked game, even if it's temporary, so anyone who can use a search engine knows it's not that simple.
He probably meant the GES sweet fx custom configuration mod.
Not every gun is a one hit kill(guns have different calibers, even some pretty good weapons take more than one shot to kill in the mod) and most enemies in the game do not wear any protection from gun fire so they should be downed pretty quickly, as much you are empowered by the improved gun damage you are also more vulnerable(they can kill you pretty quickly if you do not seek cover) ,the biggest problem is that the AI are not good a shooting and turning fast and have terrible vision cones so they can get easily flanked by the player.
The item multi-usage link leads to an edit page instead of the view page.
By reducing your speed to a crawl when you use it, mostly, after all it is an extremely heavy weapon not meant to be carried by a single man.
Any information on possible mirrors(P2P for the win!)?
You've never played Call of Pripyat? And you're going to play it for the first time with a mod? Never would expect this sequence of choices from a respectable modder.
For me it takes 3 or more minutes, but then my hdd sucks so it's understandable.
You can easily see someone at a 1km+ distance without a scope in real life. Why would NPCs have a trouble seeing you from a 300m range?
Human eyesight would be a max of 30 degrees of focus and 100+ degrees of increasing blurriness. The only way to do that is have a screen that covers your entire FOV so the game's field of view would be your own.
Killing one of the few survivor from the 3 games for a petty weapon, you're a sad human being.
But since assaulters use they knifing skills more often they would tend to be really good at it.
That's a hunting perk. Recon should be good at mid-range stealth, but snipers also should be masters of stealth, but for balance and differentiation of classes recon got this one.
Knifes are useful against every enemy in the zone including armed enemies and chimeras(one should try this on vanilla, true definition of master).
How did the team achieve the increased switch distance without breaking some vanilla quests?
There's probably gonna be a point that's going to be a loooong crawl home.
There's still a confortable carry limit as seen in pack rat perk for Assaulter so it will probably affect that.
You're not supposed to get a PDA notice before a blowout, the siren are not always audible and most of the time you have to pay attention to the ominous sound and massive sky and lighting alterations that occur before the blowout
If you card is able to run 1.0 it will be able to run 2.0.
Search for tweakguides for Clear Sky(works the same for COP).
Artifact detectors already work as Geiger counters(read the Veles description).
As far as I know the default kills NPCs caught in an emission, the large amount of zombies is probably because you went to the sawmill and that triggers zombie spawning in Zaton(if you don't kill every one of them the amount of zombies spawned increases).
It's a reference to a reference made in ShoC of Half-Life.
