Please, keep in mind that this is an outdated version and does not work with the latest Revision update. Maybe one day I'll post updated version somewhere. Old cracking method via Steamless does not work anymore, presumably because of achievements or other steam-related stuff they included lately.

The only time Revision.exe was updated is when 1.0.1.2 patch was released. Since then it's the same file. Feel free to donate a few bucks to devs :)

[offtopic, to devs] So, are you guys never ever developing anything else for DX community for free?:) No hope for DX2 Revision? I recently watched LP of DX2 and thought that it could be actually fun if re-done properly. If you (or anyone else) are ever going to do such thing - I'll be glad to participate in development =)

But seriously, why bitching again about steam/DRM? You could just leave the link with description and enjoy having upvotes, and everyone else could enjoy playing the game :)

Played with DirectX 10 renderer, with HDTP and New Vision.
Had some framerate issues when a LOT of things were on-screen, and sometimes it was too dark (or my monitor has wrong contrast settings).

Never had steam client installed:)

Well, if anyone else encountered the same bug, a workaroung is enabling cheats (google it) and using "opensesame" cheat right in front of that door. You will need to cheat one more time to leave that room.

what do you mean by saying "No DX10 support"? Can't you copy DX10 files and change the renderer from the main menu just like with vanilla Deus Ex? I did exactly this, but enabling DX10 with all its beauty slows down my PC considerably.

Why do you people want to use Kentie launcher when there's a correct non-steam launcher that has been 'leaked' even before the mod came out? Seriously, why? I left a link 6 pages ago in this comment section - and people downvoted me. I really cannot understand this.

I believe it is possible to run it. I'll check my guesses as soon as I download the installer, which is "4 hrs left" at the moment. And I said nothing about GoG and retail version, I asked people to be patient.

To everyone who owns non-steam version:
please stop complaining and crying. It will not help, but patience will. Be patient and wait for a day or two, and then search. Also, openly talking about torrents and piracy will only worsen the situation - you generally want to be quiet about such things in order for them to work.

Or some random good guy who owns a steam version will create an exe for us.
