Change the TechLevel=-1 to TechLevel=X, with X being the tech level you want the unit to be able to be built at.

I may or may not be wrong but I think Captain Istvan there is referencing the CID units from the Dale Brown books, particularly Edge of Battle and the one that precedes it. I don't know the latter because I just finished the former.

The Lynx can transport six units (Felin and Engineers.) The Pandur is like the IFV in RA2, in that it takes on the weapon of the occupant.
