The problem with this is it'll stretch the texture in pretty much every resolution and won't looks proper, better to make a shader or code in a vgui hud element.

The quality of everything isn't very good to be honest, but that second trailer was very engrossing. And I think it was creepy because everything was kind of low quality.

The shadows are very black, and no anti-aliasing, other than that looks cool.

I really enjoyed this mod. I was quite impressed. I was expecting generic Ravenholm reskin. I was hoping it would be a full mod but it was just a demo, you should finish it up.
I liked what you did with the hud, it would be cool if you showed how you did that in the code.
This isn't following the ZX Spectrum's restrictions. The ZX only had two colour modes, bright and dark, you could only display one colour mode on the screen at a time. So either all the colours would have to be from the dark palette, or they would all be from the bright palette, you are using both bright and dark Red on the same screen.

I actually kind of enjoyed reading the dialogue, I usually don't in games. The game is a lot of fun and it's HUGE so far, worth the $17. I had no problem with the hacking, it was kind of like a turn based RPG or something. The menus were clunky and unintuitive though.
Ooohh, this looks like some sort of ARG thing. I want to know if the developers dropped some camera robot in a sewer or if it's just some stock footage.

This could work, just don't do like they did on the iPhone version of wolfenstein, the had these ugly images spaced apart, it it just didn't look right. But I still think the old hud would be best, it's not like you need those blue borders around the screen though. :)

Grass looks kinda strange, and the helipad looks blocky could add some trim or some overlays to it.
Could have more building in the background, maybe it's just the bridge blocking the view. Also the two right wall look too clean and so does the bridge's concrete blocks. Other than that it's not much different, cranes make a nice touch, and is that detail grass on the left floating?
