or

the parent was just filming the kid when the camel attacked, this screen is taken just before the parent dropped the camera and saved his child.

Pixel displacement would come from the fact that you're moving a section of the photo to another section that has different pixel alignment, meaning you have to do some coverup. However there's still going to be some noticeable difference.
