Republic Commando Online: What does this thing do?

In my noob days when I had no idea how to play RC I went online imediatly. Story mode could wait! I imediatly went into a FFA match and waded through my opponents! ok truthfully I got demolished. I only gto 4 kills and grenade spammers got me close to 30 times. It was then I learned ' HEY! I can pic up weapons!'...So I did. First weapon I picked up...Conc Rifle. I typed in the chat box, 'Hey what does this thing do?' a kind hearted player told me. 'It shoots a beam that explodes on your enemies. Just don't shoot it too close' I headed his advice...sorta. I run out into the field (Kachirho bridge) And unleash the awesomeness that is the Conc Rifle. I', rackin up kill after kill....only downside was is that I didn't think the blue bubble that came out was dangerous. I walk up behind a player who is sniping and fire the beam RIGHT in his back. The bubble goes pop and we both die. I learned that the hard way. I [ick up the conc again in a capture the flag game. I run out and fire at a trando who is jumping a LITTLe too clos. I hit him dead in the face and he jumps past me. That's when I learned the bubble didn't move. It wiped us BOTH out again. I decided against the conc rifle after that...<!--Session data-->
