EVerything's fine. You have plans for each faction. You gave us almost every single faction's roster, which is, in my opinion, a reassuring way to foresee things one after the other.

We, Easterlings, are ready to besiege that little kingdom of Northmen... Dale. It will be easy to crush their defenses with our superior numbers. Their so called mountain dwelling friends will be tougher... but they'll fall quickly too. None cannot withstand the Power of the Dark Lord. Their riches will be ours! Death to Erebor! Ruin for Brand!
Yet there's a big anachronism. Minas Ithil wasn't Gondorian since 2000 T.A at least, not during the Watchful Peace or so where the game takes place.
No worries! Factions matter. WotR is less important anyway :)
Is there a future possibility to add more maps for War of the Ring mode, much like it was in RJ mod?

That's an ambitious mod, with a hefty amount of factions. That's the way, I really like it.
I'm especially looking forward minor good factions, such as the Dúnedain of Eriador and the courageous yet rustic Men of the Vales of Anduin!
With all the new features coming to the game, siege battles are going to be really intense! Imagine defending the Angle village or Beorn's House from an orc invasion! :p

You make no sense. You clearly don't know what you're talking about if you think AotR is trying to make a BFME 3. Instead, their purpose is to make a mod, that clearly improves gameplay, much like Edain. No one here condiders Edain and AotR like a whole new game, because it is not their claim.

Tom Bombadil wasn't a fighter at all, I hardly see how he could be implemented as a hero.
Thing is, Angmar is empty and doesn't exist anymore by 2941-3018 TA.
Agandaur is much like Mouth of Sauron, with less leadership. In my opinion -and I respect yours- he shouldn't make an appearance. However, as DúnedainRanger said, the Remnants of Angmar could be added for Gundabad, for instance.
Those are Black Uruks. They're naturally stronger and bigger than the usual orc rabble.
However, the poisonouss blades and arrow tips sounds like a good idea, to give orcs more power.
In the end, they shouldn't be a good as Gondorian or Elves. Morgul and Dol Guldur orcs could have a slight armour and damage bluff, but in anay case they should go toe to toe with the finest or best units good factions can field.
They are meant to swarm their enemies. I know in the books, they are dangerous but mostly because they're fighting in hoards. When they don't have a leader they're easily dispatched. Maybe give them a bonus when you have gathered many orc batallions?
Orcs shouldn't have "upgraded" weapons. They're Sauron's lowest servants.
For that you already have Morgul and Dol Guldur orcs.
First, your mod looks really great so far! Models ands textures are top notched. I especially like the diversity among the weaponry.
I got a few concerns though:
1- Concerning factions, would there be any scripts that prevent said "allies" ones to attack each other if Mordor has been destroyed?
2- if "minor" factions such as Ered Luin are to be made, will they eventually be under Dáin Ironfoot's rule in some way?
3- how much settlements do you plan to create? That's a hefty amount if you're focusing on Gondor/Rohan and Mordor alone.
With the new animations and stances, we're going to make Anorien spearmen the same way they forme the shield wall in RotK, with Gandalf to support them.
"You are soldiers of Gondor! No matter what comes through that gate, you will stand your ground!"
Can't wait to play that epic music in the background, with my units impaling those pesky orcs and trolls :p
They're infantry only, as far as I know. Your idea sounds awesome though. Or to satisfy everybody, I don't if it's possible to give them a switch between foot and mount. That might sound like a good compromise, but it's hard to code and animate apparently.

They remind me of TATW's Variags for some reason. But if it's a polearm, wouldn't give them some versatility against cavalry as well?
