Ooh man, that is a beautiful shade of skin.
The problems there really grinds my gears and is one of the reasons why I think the world needs a civilian, private-owned, non-government funded, Millitary that will jump on people like this taking advantage of their broken government for personal gain and to disadvantage others and help protect people from injustice and war world-wide. Mostly by being scary af so nobody want's to mess with them.

Is there a point, though? Will there be nights that are so dark you'll barely be able to see? Or is this more of a feature that will be used inside of really dark, possibly underground, buildings?
Because if either of those are true, this seems like something that will be 100% necessary to use and if that's the case you'll have to make sure the player has it whenever a dark level comes up and if you do that there's no point in having the dark levels because they'll be able to see anyway...
So maybe Dark Levels could just be a thing where you could still see but not as far, and that could be a reason for this. Dark levels not being totally dark but dark enough to cause some problems.

Also, this is pretty good as well. But very basic.
I might be able to sign up, I'll give it a couple days of thought though because I have a couple of personal projects and team to work on/with.
Not bad menus. Could be a little bit better, though. More contract, and some better backgrounds. That's about all I got to suggest. =)
The dash seems invaluable. But it also seems like something you have no reason not to do. I'd suggest like a "Dash Energy" or something. So people can only dash like 5-10 times back to back and then they have to wait for enough of the energy to dash again.
Everything else is great. =)
Yeah, something here just doesn't seem right. I think most of the problems are with his hair and face, they don't quite seem accurate.

I wouldn't suggest that mode be activated by crouching. How about RMB if it isn't already being used?
Compared to some of the images back, it's a noticeable and definite improvement. Since it seems you've got more proper Normal Maps, I think it might be safe to make them a little bit brighter and you won't lose much quality. Unless you want them to be totally useless as a tool for the player and just want them there for a cosmetic effect. xD

I remember this episode... I remember this anime... I hate myself for not finishing it... But I just couldn't bring myself to do so, I can't quite remember why but it just became boring. Maybe I'll try and pick up where I left off sometime and see if I can make it through. I only had like, 3 or 4 more episodes I think...

God, it's sooooo close. It's done soooo well. But there's still some small tweaks you guys need to do.
The projectiles from the Cannon Towers, their parabolas are too fast.
There are some very clear visuals you need to work on, like corpses. They're incredibly hard to see, almost blending into the ground. You need to do something to make them stick out more, and contrast with the ground more.
That's about all I can think of for now... Hope I helped some. =P

The broken glass effect isn't that realistic, though. Try putting some cracks on the broken pieces themselves, not just the cracks that make the broken pieces.
