I am a one-man modding army. I do this for fun and for the love of games and gaming. Not for profit. Games are art. They are culture. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise. This is NOT an "industry". I am the Creator of Fairy Tale for Civilization IV (2010), Dibella's Watch for Oblivion (2011) and Frontier for Skyrim (2012-13).

Yep. I've been flying over Western Morrowind a couple of times. White Gold Tower in Imperial City is also visible, you know.

I put up a screenie for you. It depicts the Legion Heavy Armour. There are other light and medium versions too. You can join the Legion n the war against the Stormcloak Rebellion, which is a very cool quest. And yes, there are Imperial forts and castles too, and camps out in the wilderness.

Yeah! In Skyrim I don't fast-travel anymore either, whereas it was of the essence in Oblivion.

There were trees hanging off the ground and rocks and such in Vanilla Oblivion too. Later patches fixed most of it and modders did the rest. Modders will have a lot to do with Skyrim too.

LOL! I've not have any problems with the dragons myself. The worst glitch I've gotten so far was when a horse tried to enter a pub and ended up just standing there outside the door frozen. It then disappeared altogether, but somehow its collision detection was still active, meaning I couldn't go through it, although there was nothing there.

I'm playing at high too, but my machine is one year old and couldn't handle ultra, I bet. At high the game flows very well indeed!

Yep! Skyrim is without a doubt the greatest game this year. Pity they also release Saints Row 3 at about the same time, which means I'll be playing Skyrim when SR3 arrives. Oh well. Later then.

Yeah it does. And it unlocks some interesting already existing nations too. My recent game I played as Westfalen, the little German State and created United Germany. In my current game (DMUC Ultimate Late Campaign) I'm playing the young United States starting in 1783 right after the Revolution, trying to build the nation and make it a respected World Power. There are so many interesting possibilities with this mod!

As long as DibellasWatch.esm is loaded as the first file after Oblivion.esm, it should work as intended. Maybe this is a matter of mod conflict and/or load order. I really don't know what else it might be.

Antiscamp Sep 11 2011, 11:00am replied:

OBSE ELYS (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=16622) is required for the silent voice, but comes with only an eight second file for silent voices. Since this mod involves a lot of written dialogue, you might want to use the longer silent voice file which is also supplied with this mod in the "DWOptional" folder. Copy the file to your Oblivion/Data/OBSE/Plugins folder. This will replace the eight second file with a twenty second. Backup the original file in the folder by renaming it.

When they got the new one, they just put that old in the attic. Beauty Betty lives in the attic, so she keeps it alight too, and since she is a very fire-safety-minded person, she has it low, so the wooden roof won't catch fire. Besides, it just looks good.

The real Valkyries were indeed mythological beings. Their purpose was to come fetch fallen heroes' souls from the battlefield and take them to Valhall, where the heavy drinking and duelling could commence. Paradise, in other words. In DW, though, it's the name of the King's Guard.
