I am a one-man modding army. I do this for fun and for the love of games and gaming. Not for profit. Games are art. They are culture. Don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise. This is NOT an "industry". I am the Creator of Fairy Tale for Civilization IV (2010), Dibella's Watch for Oblivion (2011) and Frontier for Skyrim (2012-13).

Oh yeah. I never liked "Uber house" mods either. My favourite mods were Emma's White wolf of Lokken and Solstheim Castle (which was indeed Uber house but with a few worthwhile twists). Those were the days.

No. It should not be compared to Fall from Heaven. This is something very different. It has absolutely nothing to do with Fall from Heaven, other than that excellent mod, of course, serves as inspiration in some aspects. This should stand on its own feet and comparing it to FfH is actually not fair or even logical, since it will probably never get up to that class. Comparing it to FfH is actually not giving it a chance :P

Oh yeah. Sorry. Tel Nechim adds a new town to Morrowind. There are a number of smaller quests in connection with that town too, including a main quest. It is nothing unbalancing.

This looks really interesting! I'm going to give it a try when you're finished! I love old Morrowind and play it every now and then, and this could actually prove an interesting twist to the game.

I don't quite get what it's all about. You should make a clear description on the front page of what it is up to the player to do. What is the player's mission in the game? I take it it is a strategy game of some sort where you build a village into a city? Am I correct? As such it seems very interesting though.

Real pity this mod seems to be on ice. I'm doing something similar right now with a mod called Fairy Tale, but this Dragonia seems much more impressive than mine. Can't it be resurrected? I mean with Civ 5 on the way and all.

In Civilization modding you don't get comments when things are OK and working fine, so no comments are usually good comments. Thanks for a first comment though :)
